This function computes the he Complex-Wavelet Structural Similarity Index (CW-SSIM) between two images. Please try it out and let me know if there are questions.

One important point: you need to download the matlabPyrTools package which can be found here: http://www.cns.nyu.edu/~lcv/software.php
