Skeleton Branchpoint Connectivity Finder
Version 1.0.0.0 (1.48 KB) by
Ryan
Determines if branchpoints of a skeleton are of 3 (Y) or 4 (X) bit connectivity.
XORYBRANCHPOINT returns two vectors corresponding to the indexed position of the Y and X branchpoint connections (connections with 3 bit (Y) and 4 bit (X) connectivity). The input 1 pixel thick "skeleton" and 1 pixel "branchpoints" are the logical 1-bit matrices calculated from either bwmorph's 'skel' or 'thin' options and 'branchpoints.'
The image processing toolbox is required for the generation of the inputs.
