Converts an image of an R&D Systems Proteome Profiler Array into a list of relative protein levels.

This tool extracts the relative protein levels from an image of an R&D Systems Proteome Profiler Antibody Array.
The tool automatically finds each of the spots in the image and identifies which protein they correspond to.
A template of spot locations is initially fitted using a rigid transformation based on two automatically identified reference spots. Individual spot positions are then optimised using a local search.

The relative protein levels are displayed on screen and saved to a csv file.
