A graphics toolkit, Graf_Tool() which can be used to process and edit graphics. Labels, lines and arrows can be added and the program is very flexible and easy to use.
This toolkit can also be used in conjuction with CtrlLAB 3.0.
Designed for use with MATLAB 5.2 and higher.
