This script shows how to compute Cartesian Tensor ODF from a given Diffusion-Weighted MRI dataset. The method guarantees that the estimated ODF is positive-definite or at least positive semi-definite. This implementation is based on the article by Y. Weldeselassie, Angelos Barmpoutis and S. Atkins, "Symmetric Positive-Definite Cartesian Tensor Orientation Distribution Functions (CT-ODF)", In the Proceedings of MICCAI, 2010
