This function can generate Mackay-Decahedron. By using this functions it's possible to built different structures: perfect Decahedron, Ino-Decahedron and Marks-Decahedron. Here it's also possible to change the distance between neighboring atoms (bonding length) and also composition between two different kinds of atoms
