Code with appdesigner with interface to control bioreactors. It communicates via serial port with arduino through vector read write data.
Code with appdesigner for interface to control bioreactors. It communicates via serial port with arduino in which signals are exchanged in a cluster of four inputs: temperatures (reactor temperature, input, output and enviroment emperature). and five output vector where there is the possibility of 4 manipulable variables that can be heating percentage of eletric resistance, pumping percentage of two peristaltic pumps maping pwm signals in arduino and one for power stirring. Once everything is setup , a monitoring-only bioreaction can be done to obtain modeling and behavior data and then with this data we can design a control from something basic on-off or even something more complex like mpc also with the data generated from the monitoring you can get to design a PID control with the Matlab toolbox.
