A Chaotic PRBG using multiple 1D chaotic maps
Version 1.0.0 (1.91 KB) by
Lazaros Moysis
A chaotic pseudo random bit generator that generates 8 bits per iteration.
The code implements the chaotic Pseudo Random Bit Generator proposed in the following work:
L. Moysis, M. Lawnik, C. Volos, M. S. Baptista, G. F. Fragulis and S. K. Goudos, "Validating a Chaos Based PRBG Under Different Chaotic Maps". 2024 Panhellenic Conference on Electronics & Telecommunications (PACET), Thessaloniki, Greece, 2024, pp. 1-4, doi: 10.1109/PACET60398.2024.10497085.
Please cite this work if you use the code below.
This method does not require saving the previous values of x_i. So in each iteration, we simply compute x_i, and save it in the same variable.
