Plot the mean value diagram for a chaotic map with respect to two parameters

The following code can be used to plot the graph of the mean value of any chaotic map, with respect to 2 of its parameters. In the example code, we are using the skewed tent map, found in the paper. But it can be replaced by any map of your choice, given that the map has at least two parameters.
