Multiscale Dynamic Graph Signal Analysis Toolbox (MDGABox)

MDGABox is used for decomposing the dynamic graph signals into oscillatory components and their associated dynamic connectivity structures.

You are now following this Submission

This is a new framework for dynamic graph signal (multivariate signal) analysis that employs two approaches for decomposing the multiscale oscillatory components and their associated dynamic connectivity structures -- jointly termed as the dynamic graph modes. It involves the Dynamic Graph Mode Decomposition (DGMD) method and a two-stage approach. To run this toolbox, the GSP toolbox needs to be initially installed.
