Plot Graph of Distances Between Classes
Version 1.0.1 (1.69 KB) by
David Heise
This function will plot a graph using distances between classes to force length of edges.
This function will plot the distance between classes in feature space, given an input matrix of distances.
Inputs:
F - a square matrix representing the distances between target classes
c_labels - a cell array of class labels, given in the same order as represented by F
show_dist - [optional] a Boolean value (1 or 0) to indicate whether edges should be labeled with the distances from F (default is 0)
Outputs:
cd_fig - handle to the figure produced
