Save Matlab Executable WIndows Dos Screen to a Text File

I created a Matlab GUI and compiled it as an executable. It produces an output to a windows DOS Screen (Black Window). How do you save this output as a text file?

If it is because you don't want to double all print operations (one to screen, the other to file), you can build a wrapper for FPRINTF which does both.
