MATLAB training unstable on Safari 14.1 (macOS 11.3.1)

Hello there,
I'm having difficulties in accessing some training assets for MATLAB. For instance, I'm trying to get started with Simulink through Simulink Onramp—I've been using MATLAB for 15 years now, but I've never had any training on Simulink. Trouble is, I can't get Simulink Onramp started. It just hangs loading the very first resource.
Just for troubleshooting I've tried the MATLAB Onramp, and it loaded without issue.
I use a MacBook Pro, with macOS 11.3.1 (Big Sur) and my Safari 14.1 browser does not have any extensions installed, nor does it have experimental features enabled—beyond the default ones.
Has anyones experienced similar issues? If you are not a Mac user, and will post an "answer" that I should be using Chrome, don't bother answering.

Everything is enabled. As I pointed out, I've tried other resources without issue. But Simulink Onramp remains ellusive.
Bellow are the console messages from Safari when I try and open Simulink Onramp. The error 403 is very telling.

If everything is meeting the requirements on the browser requirements page and it is still not working, I suggest contacting technical support. This is likely something they would like to know about.
I realize you prefer to only use safari, but have you checked to see if it will load in a different browser?
