TargetPoint — Position of the target relative to the reference body

It is not clear in the example, Plan a Reaching Trajectory With Multiple Kinematic Constraints, why the aiming constraint is [0 0 100]
There is no reference body, so the origin is considered as the reference, according to the documentation. However, this statement alignWithCup.TargetPoint = [0, 0, 100] is not clear. The axes don't show any 100s. Only a small range in decimals to a single digit small number. So what does the big number 100 represent? What units? And how is 100 measured relative to the cup?

Right - I think the answer cited below should also answer your question.
