how can show one block in a larger size when user take mouse over each block?

I have an image that i divided it into 4equal blocks.how can show one block in a larger size when user take mouse over each block? (i want do that by gui)

This is very vague only. Please explain, what "dividing into block" exactly means. How are the blocks displayed currently? What does "show larger" mean - in a new figure or zoomed inside the current axes, or do you display the blocks in a 2x2 subplot scheme and want to enlarge one axes while shrinking the others?

i mean ,how can i do when i want to zoom in one subplot and then display it in another subplot? Thanks in advance
