MATLAB for Computational Chemistry

Hi all,

I'm interested to know how to use MATLAB for Chemistry such as molecular modelling, docking, reaction simulations etc. Are there any tools available? Thanks..

"Atom" - a (third-party) matlab package for the manipulation of molecular systems

You may find lots more tools/packages by exploring the File Exchange, which is a platform for MATLAB-based community submissions.
