Hi Mohamed Elbeialy,
It is my understanding that you want to load a mat file , covert it into image and work on it.
- To understand , to load a mat file and convert into image you could refer to following links ,link1, link2 and link3.
- For cropping image you could use "imcrop". There are many ways to crop images using imcrop that are clearly explained with examples in the documentation. Feel free to experiment to get the way you wanted to crop the image.
- To save image in filepath specified, you could use "imwrite".
