Insert elements to cell array

I have cell array g like this:
{'A'} {[1]} {[1]} {[1]}
{'B'} {[1]} {[2]} {[1]}
{'C'} {[2]} {[3]} {[2]}
{'D'} {[1]} {[4]} {[1]}
{'E'} {[1]} {[5]} {[1]}
I have M=[31,2].
How can I insert M to the first column of g.
Result should be
{31,2} {'A'} {[1]} {[1]} {[1]}
{31,2} {'B'} {[1]} {[2]} {[1]}
{31,2} {'C'} {[2]} {[3]} {[2]}
{31,2} {'D'} {[1]} {[4]} {[1]}
{31,2} {'E'} {[1]} {[5]} {[1]}
