DDPG RL : How can use logged data(.mat file) for reinforcement learning

I want to train an agent that well tracking a logged mat file data. So the simulink model is :
And I have two problems.
  1. How can i resolve below error??
2. There is only one iteration, but I set up max episodes : 5000. Is this error occur from above error???

i have acceleration command, brake command, current velocity and desired velocity .mat files. And I want to agent's action follow acceleration command and brake command without vehicle model function. Is that possible??
