What is the best way to set multiple ROI points by drawpoint function?

I can set a ROI point in image A and instantly get the point plotted in image B. It works fine.
But when I move that point in image A, how can I get the corresponding point in image B to refresh its position? Is there a callback on left button release?
Can I set multiple ROI points in image A and see them all in image B?
