Neural network fitting tool ' performance goal met' override

Hi, I trained a neural network with a time series and got the output. I didn't record the mse plots, so I'm trying to train a new network.( I'm saying this because it worked before) Everything is set to the default value and when I click on train after 0:00 seconds and 0 epochs, it says ' performance goal met' . That is obviously not so. It's not retraining, I'm training it for the first time. So, I want to know how to override this performance met stop of this tool... If you know, please do tell me! Thank you!
