Fitrgp which runs successfully in Windows, shows error in CentOS6

I tried to run a fitrgp sample code. The code has run successully in Windows 10 all the time without any error.
I copied the same code to linux CentOS6 and tried executing. I got the following error
The Cholesky factor needed for making predictions cannot be computed. When calling fitrgp, try changing the initial values of 'KernelParameters' and 'Sigma'. Also consider setting 'Standardize' to true and increasing the value of 'SigmaLowerBound'.
This error is not occured always. Some times the model gets generated successfully in CentOS also. When the model is generated succesfully I compared the gprModel KernelParameters and Sigma Value.
In Windows, I got
KernelParameters :
0.6917
0.7035
0.2177
Sigma:
0.0027
In Linux CentOS, I got
KernelParameters :
1.0000
1.0000
0.1880
Sigma:
0.1880
Why Cholesky decomposition fails in CentOS6 ? How to get rid of it without specifying custom kernel parameters ? Why model output parameters are different for Windows and CentOS6 for the same input parameters ?
Attached the code and input data for reference. Using MATLAB2020a .
