You cannot run MATLAB programs directly on the GPU.
You can use the Parallel Computing toolbox, and gpuArray(), and apply operations to the gpuArray, and finally gather() the array to get back the result.
Or you can use the GPU Coder Toolbox to generate custom kernels for GPU operation. This requires MATLAB Coder Toolbox as well; https://www.mathworks.com/support/requirements/gpu-coder.html so this is a fairly expensive route.
Note: GPU Coder is not available for Student or Home licenses
