Color Detection and Segregation

Hello, I'm currently working on Color detection and segregation. I'm using Arduino to control the belt conveyer and servo. Im using webcam for live data.

I want to know which color is shown in image and move the servo. My code with the help of image analyst file_exchange is attached below.

Using if loop can you explain if red color appear then ifprintf: RED

else if..............

I dont know how to write the condition ? red object== red!!????
