How to implement Interleaved Polling Adaptive Cycle Time (IPACT) algorithm for TDM-PON?

I want to implement Interleaved Polling Adaptive Cycle Time (IPACT) algorithm for time-division multiplexed passive optical network (TDM-PON) with discrete event driven simulation in MATLAB. The background traffic from each of the optical network units (ONUs) can be considered as Poisson distributed. A simple code to validate the baseline performance of IPACT should be good enough for me. Can anyone please help me with the code or point me to some relevant links with already implemented code?
