Hi All,
I'm developing an application using AppDesigner. My app has to perform real-time data acquisition and processing tasks. The problem I'm facing is the following: every time the acquisition of a data block has finished, I have to perform data processing because I have to see in real time the change of the parameters I'm measuring. Clearly, executing data processing and plotting right after every acquisition, makes the whole process a lot slower. I've mesured each plot on the same axis takes about 10 ms.
Thus, my question is: is there any way to move data processing and plotting to a separate thread, so that the measurement can run continuously and "as fast as possible"? I would like to implement something like Labview queues running in parallel. Is it possible?
Thank you for your help!

I would also like to do something similar. Is there a way to start a second thread or to start another app in a different thread?
