Windowsで作成​したモデルをLinu​xで使用すると文字化​けする

Windows10で作成したモデルをLinux環境(ubuntu16.04)で開くと日本語の部分が文字化けしてしまいます。
プログラムに支障はありませんがコメントアウトした部分（日本語）が読めずに困っています。
対策はありますでしょうか。
