Hi,
I am having trouble with a in house script I use to plot the average spectrum of my Raman spectroscopy data.
Please find attached a copy of the script and error I am getting. Strange given it was working fine yesterday.
Please help! I have a presentation on Monday :(\
Thanks,
Ewan

You are passing these two variable to the lplot function.

Hi Ewan,
The plot function here (called inside lplot) is trying to plot shift on the x-axis vs PC3_48DMSO20 on the y-axis. Hence, these vectors need to be of the same length. Please check their lengths using the size() function.
You may need to trim one of these variables, depending on what they contain, to plot it against the other as needed.
As mentioned by others, if you could share the output of whos shift and whos PC3_48DMSO20, the community could help you better.
Good Luck!
