Getting a surcface Plot from a cell array containing sub arrays corresponding to x,y,z co ords.

I have an n*n cell array which contains subarrays of size 3 corresponding to x,y,z co ords (The structure is in the picture). I want to produce a surface plot. Is there an easy way to do this?
