Solve non linear second order ODE with numeric function

I have to solve a non linear second order ODE of the type

where F(y) is a numeric function (in the meaning that I have the data in a vector for particular values of y).

Obviously if F(y) was costant it was easy to solve it also analytically. I thought I could fit the function F(y) and then solve with ode.

Which is the best way to solve it with Matlab?
