Radar Signal Processing - Community sought

Hello,

what community for Radar Signal Processing issues would you recommend? (forums, blogs, ..)

No all items are directly related to matlab and hence I am not shure whether that platform here is the right one. Most of us use matlab but the crowd could exchange issues on a separate channel.
