how to resize the correct dimension of figure?

I have this figure opened in GUIDE. How can I modify this figure in order to see all the objetcs correctly? (there are other objects above axes 11 and 12).
The same figure appears correctly in other computersfigure.jpg

Units are in centimeters, and position gives positive valuesinspector.jpg

Yes, the figure will have positive values, but the missing components won't. I never use centimetres as my unit as I have no idea really what it corresponds to. I prefer to use pixels for fixed units or normalised for ones that will stretch to the screen in question. If you have different screen sizes then I can imagine that positions in centimetres may well put components off the screen on a smaller screen than that on which they were defined.
