how to hide the password in edit box in matlab

I am making a project using gui as my front end of MATLAB. My project requires my first page as logIn id and password. I want the text entered by my users to be not visible, but replaced by symbols. I'm facing difficulty in setting passwords. I am very new to MATLAB, so plz tell me what property should I use to set password in it????

Search the File Exchange and search for things like login, logon, password, etc. The Link Exchange is a good thing for you to know about. See the link at the top left of this page or click here: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/
Or see the links Jan gave in the link Daniel gave you.
