Output PAM of a Sampled signal

I have looked at examples online but fail to produce these:
I have the signal Vo= 6 + 12sin(2*pi.10t) sampled by Vs = VsSin(2*pi*100t)
I need help with ploting the Output PAM signal on MATLAB and also ploting for the Sampling frequencies of 50Hz, 100Hz and 150Hz.
