Frequent crashes with 2 usb cameras

I am using 2 usb camera input for real-time image processing. I do not have any problem when I use one of the cameras only, but when I use both of them MatLab is frequently crashing. I am not sure how to make the code more secure and optimized, so those frequent crashes might be prevented.
Any suggestions?
