Did you do what the error message said? Type
mbuild -setup
at the command line.

Hi EAN,
What kind of operation system are you running on your computer? You need to set your defalt compiler in mbuild.
Here is a related subject in MATLAB central:
For Windows, this works very smoothly. For OS X and Linux, you need to set some library settings on your computer.

Enter mbuild - script in command window
>> mbuild -setup Please choose your compiler for building standalone MATLAB applications:
Would you like mbuild to locate installed compilers [y]/n? n
Select a compiler: [1] Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 [2] Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 [3] Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 [4] Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express [5] Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1
[0] None
Compiler: 1
Your machine has a Lcc-win32 C compiler located at C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2010a\sys\lcc. Do you want to use this compiler [y]/n? y
Please verify your choices:
Compiler: Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 Location: C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2010a\sys\lcc
Are these correct [y]/n? y
Done . . .
After the above series of messages in command window now you can BUILD the attached MAIN file and the .EXE of the GUI will be at SRC or DISTRIB folder.

Eva: Please install a supported compiler, restart MATLAB and try again. The list of supported compilers is available at the link in the error message.
