Simulink project - add a new file to project without a classification

Hello,
When I try to add a new file which appears in my "All Files" tree to the project in simulink project, I am always getting the same error :
*"The label with UUID desıgn does not exist in the category "Classification" " *
As I am not allowed to modify the Classification label, I can not add the UUID option into it.
It also occurs when I create a new file in the demo "All Files" folder. How should I add a classification before adding into a project? How should I proceed when creating a new file into a project?
Please advise.
Thanks for your support.

Thank you for reporting this issue. You found a bug which prevents files being added to a project on a machine with a Turkish Locale.
Patches are available for 11b and 12a from the following link.

Hi, Could you please share the exact path for the files in patch11b.zip to be extracted in win7?
