Hi, i have few random inputs (in time domain),let's assume that it is x(t), i know that before entering this x(t) to the FFT operation, i need to sample the signal, and only then i should enter the sampled signal to the FFT operation.
I hope that i'm right till now , if so, can you please guide me how should i write this sampler ? or from where can i find examples with written code, to read about it ?
Thank you very much for your help.

I have little idea what you're talking about. How about this
x_spectrum = fft(x);
Of course if x has only a few values and tons of empty, unassigned values (values of t that never had an x value measured for them), then, well,...you just have to know what you're putting in and how to interpret it. If that doesn't do it for you, then post a better explanation, and some diagrams or pictures that illustrate some example of what you're trying to do.
