Can I connect matlab m file with model in Simulink and make real time simulation?

Hi, Can I connect an IEEE 39 bus system made in MATPOWER with Simulink model of permanent magnet synchronous generator and fully rated converter (B2B)? Conect B2B converter (Simulink) on IEEE 39 bus system (m file) and make real time simulation?
