Create a structure from Matlab Fucntion block in Simulink

Hi,

I'm learning how to create structures from a Matlab Function block on Simulink, I've followed the Matlab documentation (https://fr.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/create-structures-in-matlab-function-blocks.html).

Now I want to know how create the structure (and add new fields to the structure) directly in the Matlab Function block. Is it possible? How should I proceed?
