To save my Bayesian Network model in an XMLBIF format, i must use an open source Matlab code developed by Jan Nunnink, This Matlab code implements a method called “saveXMLBIF” that uses the XMLTree toolbox and the XMLBIF format definition to save the BN in an XML file. i try to loaded this file from http:// staff.science.uva.nl/~jnunnink/public/saveXMLBIF.m but It's not working, I do my research, I don't find it, there is any one can help me pleassssss

You need to find an alternate source for the file. When I clicked on the link you posted, I got:
Not Found
The requested URL /~jnunnink/public/saveXMLBIF.m was not found on this server.
When I did an Internet search, no other sources appeared. You have to find someone who has the file, and get it from them.

Import java that does the task.

Note: you might need to take some steps to represent your data the way the java library wants it represented. That can sometimes be a bit tricky for arrays that are expected to return data into, or for complicated data structures.
