How do I save a Rhapsody file (project.rpy) using Matlab command from the command window?

I am able to invoke and open any rhapsody file using winopen or system or '!' commands from Matlab Command window. But when I open them I do not get any Rhapsody handle which I can use later to save my rhapsody project. Any leads will be highly appreciate. Thanks :)
