how to train neural network on vector of vectors

excuse me for my, may be, dumb question...

Help me, I'm going train neural network on array which includes M vectors. And how correctly give this array to NN in neural network toolbox?

If the training set consists of N pairs of I-dimensional input vectors and corresponding O-dimensional target vectors, the sizes of the input and target matrices are given by

[ I N ] = size(input)

[ O N ] = size(target)
