Integrals of discrete data points.

Does anyone know any functions, preferably on older version of matlab, that can calculate the volume and surface integrals of a series of discrete data points in x,y,z or spherical co-ordinates.
I just have a series of points that produce an enclosed surface so need the volume this surface encloses and its surface area.

since nobody answered, that probably means it does not exist...

Sometimes no answer means that the volunteers had eye-tests that left their vision blurry for quite a number of hours.

There is no answer without assumptions about how the points are joined together. Consider:
If you were given just the vertices of that polyhedra, would you guess that particular connectivity ?
