replace characters ('' ) by zero in cell array

There are some missing data in an array as shown in attached image. These no data cells contain characters (''). I want to replace it with zeros. Please give your opinion.

Which MATLAB version are you using? When I test in R2017b, I am not able to get the variable browser to display empty items in that format. Is it even an entry from the variable browser, or is the image copied from something like Excel?
