How to introduce Faults to Half-Bridge MMC?

Hello I have the following Half-Bridge MMC block https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/powersys/ref/halfbridgemmc.html How can i introduce open or short circuit fault in upper/lower IGBT to the above Half-Bridge MMC block? Please suggest me Thanks
