is there a way to label cells in the workspace?

Instead of seeing '<3x1> cell' in the workspace, I want to label that 3x1 matrix, say, 'Joe'. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

'<3x1> cell' is shown in the Value column and "Joe", if that is the name of the variable is shown in the Name column.

Right-click in the bar and check Name, to show the name column.
