Changement de valeurs d'un output

I have the following schema where the output H changes values (1,2 or 3) according to the test of the inputs (E, F and G) but I do not know how to make the output H take these values because with a "AND" the output takes only two values 0 or 1 (boolean)

Could you help me please!
