PROBLEM SIMULINK CONNECTING BLOCKS

27 views (last 30 days)
I try to connect a ground to the Controlled PWM Voltage block in the -ref port but it cannot be done as, some software or gui problem exists. The same problem appeared with other ports of this block. IS IT SOFTWARE BUG or AM I trying to do something "illegal" given the properties of the blocks I am trying to connect???
I use Simulink 7.6(R2010b)
Thanks

You cannot connect Simulink components to SimScape (SimElectronics) components. Try using the Electrical Reference block instead of the Ground block from the Simulink library.

Ok thank you Kaustubha. I did that and i did make it to connect the "ground". I first tried Simulink PS converter for that but it did not work so ELECRICAL REFERENCE block seems to do the job correctly.
