adding plot line for confidence level of pearson and spearman correlation in matlab

dear matlab user, can any one tell me how to get the plot line for confidence level of both the spearma and pearson correlation coefficient in matlab. I mean that is there any matlab function to add the solid and dashed lines for 99% and 95% confidence level. Example is shown in the attach figure.thanks
